Candidate interview experiences
First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sath.
Software Developer
It was a couple of hours long. They asked standard Java programming questions, and some questions about my experience and skills I listed on my resume. There were also some behavioral questions. It was pretty easy.
- Can you discuss your previous experience that is listed on your resume?
Software Developer
The interview process for this role involves four stages: first, an aptitude test, followed by a technical interview, then a machine test where you'll be given a situation and need to code a solution, and finally an HR round. The machine test is the most challenging part.
- Can you describe a past project you worked on, detailing any challenges you faced and how you successfully navigated them?
Software Engineer
I had an initial informal chat, then got a coding challenge and a technical interview. It felt like they wanted someone more experienced than me. The interview was intense but professional, and the interviewers were nice. I'd consider applying again later when I have more experience.
- What kind of coding knowledge do you have?
