It was a good experience, the manager was very friendly. She inquired about my background and highlighted how it aligns with the job requirements. The interview felt more like a discussion than an interrogation.

The process was pretty fast, with some back and forth over email. They asked for references, TLR, CPR, and a criminal record check. Then there was an interview that was less than 20 minutes long. It seemed like some very basic situational questions were asked by HR, and I'm not sure if they have a nursing background.

I'm in a different time zone than the company. The recruiter emailed me a timeslot but didn't mention the timezone. After I asked for clarification, they sent a calendar invite with no link. It took 10 emails to finally get the WebEx link. The interviewers were in a big room, far apart, with only one webcam. I could barely see them or hear them clearly because of the bad reception. I don't get why they couldn't just interview from their own offices with their own laptops. It felt like we all knew it wasn't a good fit. One interviewer laughed when I answered a question, which felt unprofessional, even if they thought I wasn't the right fit. I feel like they should know who they're interviewing based on my background. I didn't feel respected by one interviewer. The interview was supposed to be an hour, but I lost interest and ended it early without asking any questions. It was a total waste of time.

This interview is pretty standard, they use the same questions each time. You'll be talking to a panel made up of your future colleagues, some senior leaders, and also someone who represents patients and families. They'll ask about typical interview stuff like your strategic plan, what you're good at, where you could improve, times you faced tough leadership situations, and also your thoughts on current issues and how you'd handle them.
