The first round was a hirevue video interview. I submitted the video, but it's been a month and I haven't heard back from them. I think they've already hired someone but still haven't said anything to me regarding the job. The communication is horrible. At least they should update the candidates.

Behavioral Technical

I applied online and also went to a campus career fair. About two weeks after that, I was contacted for an interview and was able to set up a phone interview pretty quickly. The interview itself was about 45 minutes long and included some basic questions about my past projects and my previous internships. They also asked about different kinds of technologies, but it wasn't too technical.

Behavioral Technical

It was a two-round process. First, a 30-minute phone screening with the hiring manager, which involved looking over my resume and asking some basic behavioral questions. Since I wasn't in the country at the time, the second round was conducted via Web-ex. This was a round-table panel interview with five managers from different departments. They mostly asked behavioral questions, focusing on assessing cultural fit and teamwork abilities.
