JMP/SAS uses HireVue where you record yourself answering interview questions. From there you are contacted to meet with a hiring manager to prep for a role play. How would you deal with an unhappy customer and how you would solicit a sale. Then meet with VP. HR is amazing, very friendly and helpful.

Behavioral Technical

The office was really impressive, super clean and big. The people were nice but kind of talked down to me, made some patronizing comments. They don't really have a lot of entry-level spots, they want people with experience. Everyone seemed chill, dressed casually. They asked about my experience writing reports and being on a team. The next step is a technical test where I have to make a mock report. The job itself, based on what they said, sounded kind of boring and like a lot of tedious work.

This was a multi-stage interview. First was a call with the HR Recruiter who wanted to get a feel for my background and experience level. Second stage was meeting with the hiring manager and rep on her team. Third stage was a role play. Final stage was background check & references.
