The interview was a group exercise. They presented a scenario where there were not enough meals on board. We had to decide who would receive the available meals from options like families with kids, frequent flyers, special assistance passengers, or new passengers, and then discuss our choices. After that, there was an exercise with another person involving descriptions. Finally, there was a personal interview.

I attended an assessment for the Sas link Oslo base. It was a 4-hour assessment. First, there was a presentation about the airline and the job offer. Then, a group exercise that took about 1 hour. Finally, a brief personal interview, which was less than 20 minutes long. The whole experience was quite positive, with only 15 candidates and clear explanations. Unfortunately, not many were selected, and I didn't receive any feedback even though I felt I performed well.

First, we submitted our documents. Then, the company presented itself and its conditions, like salary and uniform details. We had the chance to ask questions there. Following that, there was an individual interview and then a group interview. A few weeks later, about two weeks after that, they contacted the references we provided to ask for feedback. After that, it took them about three more weeks to give us an answer about the job offer.

Behavioral Technical Other

Had a 1 Hr Screening with HR, followed by an interview with the Manager and a current BA where we discussed situations using the STAR method and talked about strengths and weaknesses. Then there was a Personality Test, the AON Assessment. The final interview was with HR, the Manager, and a current BA again to review the assessment and ask more questions about the role. Ghosted after the last interview despite following up via email and LinkedIn. Totally unprofessional, do not recommend.
