So first I had a chat with someone from HR to go over my resume and some basic questions. Then, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager. She also reviewed my resume and asked some standard questions about things like leadership and overcoming challenges. The whole thing from applying to the interview took a few weeks. Then it took about 2 weeks to a month to hear back about an offer.

Had an initial phone interview set up. The HR person called about 10 minutes late. They really didn't seem to know anything about the role. Asked some odd questions and spent time talking about the turkeys outside their window. After that, I was ghosted and never heard back. It was a poor representation of the company, and I can't say it's a place I'd consider working. If they don't value you during hiring, how much will they value you once you're in?

This was a weird interview process. I was contacted on LinkedIn for the first interview. The interviewer didn't seem to really know the role because the main interviewer was out that day. They said I'd hear back when the hiring manager was back. Then they ghosted me and I never heard back.

Applied online and then got a call from HR. The phone screen was pretty standard, mostly about my background and whether I'd be a good fit for the company and if the company was a good fit for me. Since it seemed like a match, they flew me out to their HQ in Wisconsin. Once there, I took the Wonderlic assessment, which included personality questions and some SAT-like questions. The rest of the day involved a bunch of interviews, lasting 30-60 minutes each, with various people, both junior and senior. It was a straightforward process and everyone was really nice. I even had lunch with some of the team.
