It was a panel interview, and they really made me feel comfortable. It was pretty easy going and fair. The questions mostly focused on what I could do in the job and the skills needed. If you get an offer, you hear back a few weeks later. If you accept, you sign the contract and start training within about a week, depending on how fast they need to fill the role.

I applied way back in January and finally heard back for an interview in June. It was a panel interview with three people, one of whom was from HR. The HR person hit me with some competency-based questions, while the other two focused on tax technical stuff. They gave me some scenarios where I had to answer based on tax legislation.
