The process is super chill, they mostly ask about what you've worked on before, your strengths and weaknesses, and why you should work there. It's really simple.

The group dynamic was completely nonsensical. The way they dismissed people was also regrettable (person A, person B, person C, and person D you are dismissed) in a room with about 15 people. It was very disrespectful and unfair to evaluate skills through a game that required intellectual and physical capabilities that not everyone had. I, for example, had difficulty seeing a kind of abacus with black and white balls from afar (I have myopia). This doesn't make me incapable of doing my job, but it makes it difficult for me to see far away. Unfortunately, the dynamic seems to have evaluated this characteristic. Worst process I've ever done.

First, there was a group virtual interview with several candidates where some questions were asked. Then, each candidate was asked to send their salary expectations via WhatsApp. After that, selected candidates were invited to a group interview where the company's perspectives and proposal were presented.
