Phenomenal interview process. First, a phone interview with their recruiter. Then, an on-site interview that involved two one-hour long interviews with various engineers, managers, and directors. They flew me out and covered all expenses. Communication was very timely. Although I didn't get an offer, they informed me they were moving on with other candidates within a week of my on-site interviews and they set the bar on how interview processes should be executed.

The interview was pretty simple. They asked questions based on my resume. Two people interviewed me and mostly asked behavioral/situational questions. About a week later, Sargento contacted me.

This place isn't for everyone. Pros - they make a quality product - somewhat of a "family" atmosphere - which is also the con - high lack of diversity in the organization - this could be a big downer if you don't fit their mold. Some really odd tiers of what the deem important for a business - but it is family owned - so I guess they can get away with that. They haven't really brought their marketing into the 21st Century - but plan on playing catch up in the near future. Out in the middle of nowhere, nearest lunch spot was 7 miles from their HQ - so plan on packing a lunch. You may like the rural life - or you could drive an hour to the nearest city. Some nice folksy people and some others that were fairly aloof.

So I started with a call from HR, then had a skype interview with the hiring manager. After that I was called on site for the interview. The conversation with HR was more in general about the company overall, benefits, Heathcare plan. Skype interview with the hiring manger was more about my research led by technical questions. The onsite interview was approximately 4 hour session conducted by different groups in R&D.
