The interview process took 3 hours, with 4 interviewers. First, it was with HR, then two with Mechanical Engineers in the field you'll be hired, and last was the hiring manager. Everything was casual and conversational. By the time you reach the hiring manager, they'll be asking all sorts of behavioral and technical questions.

The initial part of the process was pretty quick. I had a 45 minute video chat with the hiring manager, then a 3 hour panel interview with some engineers. They said I'd hear back in about two weeks after the panel, but it actually took them over a month and a half to respond, even after I sent four follow-up emails and they promised to get back to me by certain dates that they missed. When they finally did get back to me after that long wait, they offered me a job, but it was for a lower position than what I applied for. By the time they made the offer, I had already taken a much better job somewhere else.

I applied through their website after finding the job on LinkedIn. A few weeks later they sent me an email to set up an interview. After accepting the invitation to interview they sent me all of the details as well as tips for a successful interview! The interview consisted of five 30 minute interviews with the HR rep., hiring manager, and various members of the team. The interviews were mostly conversational with plenty of time for me to ask questions about the job and team. I had a great experience with the company and I liked how all of the interviews were done all at once.
