The interview process included an HR introduction to the company, followed by four separate panel interviews conducted entirely via video call. I interviewed with the hiring manager and three other individuals individually, and each person asked questions about my expertise and experience.

I met with HR first thing who chatted about benefits and showed me around the office. Then I had some one-on-one and group chats with senior engineers in quiet rooms. Sometime in the morning, I had to do a CAD skills test, which was pretty simple.

After the initial interview, they responded quickly. It was a panel interview where I met with multiple people back-to-back. It was a positive experience because they also discussed benefits beforehand. It felt like the interview was mainly to confirm their interest, as it seemed they already knew which candidates they preferred.
