The interview process was mostly behavioral and had four different interviewer groups which made it feel more like a chat. But, after putting in a lot of time, people often didn't hear back and got told vaguely that they weren't sure if they still needed the position.

It was a pretty nice and straightforward process. After we scheduled an interview time, my recruiter Mary sent a really detailed email explaining the whole thing and what to expect. The last interview, which was 2 hours long and virtual, went super smoothly. Mary started by giving me a rundown of the company and the role, and told me who I'd be meeting with. Then, I had three interviews back-to-back with some engineers, and they were really productive. The questions were mostly behavioral, focusing on project and teamwork, and how I handle my time when I have a lot of things to do.

So the interview started with the hiring manager, and we just had a conversation, it didn't really feel like an interview. Then I talked with an Associate 2 and a recent grad, and they were both really nice and it was conversational. The whole thing was about 2 hours, and it was a pretty good experience overall.
