Had a 3 hour interview with 3 managers. Then I got an email saying they were going with someone else, with no explanation, after a 3 hour interview. I sent a follow up email asking why, but got no response. The job is still posted everywhere.

I went to a job fair and the recruiters liked me when I mentioned an interest in electrical. They invited me for an interview downtown. I interviewed and a week later I got a job offer. I negotiated my hourly wage by $1.50. They told me I couldn't get a raise for a year, which was fine because the average raise is about 40 cents.
