I had a Teams interview with 4 people. It felt less like an interview and more like they were just talking to me. They didn't ask many general questions. HR mentioned a decision within 2-3 weeks, but I got my rejection email in about 11 business hours. So, I guess I wasn't what they were looking for.

I first handed my resume to a recruiter at a career fair, and they called me a week later for an interview. The interview was a 4-hour block including lunch. It was straightforward. I met with HR, then two engineering managers and the VP of structural engineering one by one in a private room. Then, I had lunch with two engineers who had been hired in the last 2-5 years. After lunch, I met with HR again and was told I'd get an update in 1-2 weeks. All the discussions were about my background and school, internships, or volunteer activities. They wanted to know my interests and they went over the company's management structure and perks. Nothing technical came up, and everyone was really nice. The toughest part was the wait afterwards.

You can apply online or at a college job fair. Someone will call to see if you're still interested. Then, you email your transcripts and resume to HR. After that, there's a 4-6 hour in-office interview with 2 engineers, the manager, and HR. The HR person will talk about the 401k and benefits. The engineers will describe the day-to-day job. The manager will explain expectations and how promotions work. The manager and HR have a lot of influence, and engineers tend to give good reviews if you seem like a good person to work with.
