Associate
Had a 2-hour interview with 4 people, 30 mins each. It was mostly basic behavioral questions, nothing technical. It felt very conversational, like they were more interested in personality fit and if I was eager to learn and grow. It was pretty relaxed but still a well-structured interview.
- Can you tell me about a time you had multiple deadlines? How did you handle it, and what was your strategy?

The interview process was great! They provided a comfortable environment and allowed me to express myself throughout. The people I interacted with exceeded my expectations. Although they asked numerous questions, they fostered a very safe space during the entire conversation. I definitely recommend this company!
