This was a comprehensive and detailed process where I met with 10+ people. We talked in detail about my technical skill and knowledge. They were timely with feedback and decisive with an offer. Overall, it was a very positive experience and I liked the culture.

So the interview process went like this: first, there was a recruiter phone interview, then I had a phone interview. after that, I had an in person interview with the manager, then I had a zoom interview with another tech vendor. finally, I had an in person interview with the CFO.

The first communication I received was about 4 weeks after I applied. They contacted me about a position I'd applied for, but then told me on the call that it was no longer available. They did refer me to another opening that was available, and I interviewed with that direct supervisor. I had to chase them to schedule the interview. After the interview, they told me a decision would be made the next week and I'd hear back either way. I sent a thank you email after the interview and then another follow-up, but got no replies to either. It's pretty unprofessional not to take less than a minute to reply to an email and let a candidate know you've gone with someone else.

I was invited to chat with the community manager, but at a different property from where I'd be working. She was nice and welcoming. The interview questions were pretty straightforward, nothing too unusual. She looked over my resume and asked basic questions like, 'what would you do if...' and 'tell me about a time this happened and how did you deal with it'.
