They didn't explain the interview process well and tricked over a dozen people into coming for a group interview. I talked to other people there and we all thought it would be one-on-one. The El Paso branch President even stopped the "interview" to yell at two employees, which was super awkward for someone who might have worked for him.

I applied online and got a call from a recruiter. We had a short chat about the job, and then I met with him again for what felt like an interview. It was super brief, only about 3 minutes. Then, I had a meeting with the VP from Texas. He was a really driven guy and told me a lot about his long history with the company, but he didn't seem that interested in me. The recruiter called me a week later to say I didn't get the position.

The process involved a group interview. They put job seekers in a roundtable with an HR person, where no direct questions about experience were asked. There was a speakerphone in the back of the room; it's unclear if it was on, but they might have been listening to potential reps talk.

It was pretty unorganized, seemed like the hiring manager was just bragging about their hours and promotions. They did mention the long hours though. They didn't ask much about skills.
