First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at SARA.
Custody Specialist
It's just one easy call interview with no really technical questions, just skill-based questions for the job. Kind of simple, doesn't need a lot of prep. A manager or supervisor usually does the interview.
- What's your past job experience?
- Tell me about your customer service experience.
Graphic Designer
It was smooth and they asked good questions. It was really effective and practical. Dress nice and come prepared and you'll get the job super fast, like mega speedy fast. The interviewer is smart, so don't act stupid. Just come prepared.
- Why this job? You could do any other thing
Brand Manager
I left the interview feeling energized and excited about the possibility of working with such a dynamic team. They’re looking for contributors to a larger vision. It’s a company where you can see yourself growing and making a real impact. I would be thrilled to be part of such an innovative, welcoming organization.
- Can you tell me about your work experience and how you would handle approaching a new project under stressful conditions?
Software Engineer
So basically for a software engineering job, it's all about technical tests, coding stuff, and talking about what you've done before. You might have to code on a whiteboard or some online tool, chat about how you'd design software, explain how you figure things out, and show off what you know about code, algorithms, and data structures. They might also ask you some behavioral questions to see how you work with others, communicate, and deal with tough situations.
- Technical and problem solving questions
