The first interview is a written one, asking standard questions like your strengths, weaknesses, and your 5-year future goals. Then there's a situation test to see which department fits you best. The third part of this first interview is face-to-face with 3 interviewers. They mainly ask if you're okay with working in tough conditions, like in the heat. My second interview was at the fabrication yard. You get to see your potential workplace and discuss salary and your availability. This is where they decide your department.

The interview process was simple and well-structured. First, there was a quick intro to the company, then we chatted about my background, skills, and experiences for the role. They asked just a few questions that made sense and focused on what's important for the job, not overly complicated. It felt relaxed and professional, making it easy to talk. They cared more about my practical skills and how I could help the team rather than tricky technical stuff. It was efficient, respected my time, and I felt good about it.
