First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sapphire Systems.
Learning and Development Manager
Really bad experience, all over the place, they were late for the online meeting and then just went silent... though they claim they left a voicemail? Not sure they even know what they're looking for - feels like they're still figuring things out.
- If you were out with friends having drinks and started gossiping after you stepped out, what would people say about you?
Consultant
It was a good interview process with 2 interviews. First, a telephone interview that was generic and went through my CV. Then a face-to-face interview which was more scenario-driven. During the interview, they sold SapphireSystems and how great the business is. Once you join, you quickly realise there is hostility, and no support. Very much sink or swim.
- What qualities define a good consultant
Business Development
I interviewed with the Global HR manager and the Director of Marketing at the Sapphire Irvine, California office. It was a really smooth interview process, and I was asked to come back for a second interview. I'd recommend Sapphire to anyone looking to work hard and grow within a company.
- Tell me about your experience with ERP.
Project Coordinator
The office was super chill and the interview felt that way too. Everyone I met was really nice. My first chat was with two people, and then the next time, three people interviewed me, including the project coordinator who works out in CA.
- They really dug into my past experience during the first interview.
- The second interview had more questions focused on technical aspects.
