Supply Analyst
A recruiter reached out on LinkedIn. The interview was scheduled 3 days after the initial contact. The interview with the Manager and Coordinator of the area was calm, they were very respectful and the questions were appropriate for the role.
- What is your English level?
- What constructive feedback have you received in previous roles?
Service Management Specialist
Started with a phone call, then an in-person meeting. First, there was a screening with HR from both the Philippines and China. After that, I met with the Manager in person. Two Managers then talked with me to understand my background. They then decided if I was a good fit for the job.
- Tell me about your college thesis.
Sales Manager
The interview process with SANY Group was of average difficulty. There were three people on the panel. They asked technical questions, talked about my background, and my reasons for wanting to join the division.
- Can you tell me about your past experience?
- Walk me through your previous job history.
- What makes you want to join this particular division?
Interpreter
So, the first step is a quick chat over the phone to go over your background, how good you are with languages, and if you're actually interested in this gig. After that, we'll test your language skills, making sure you're fluent, especially with all the techy words we use for our machines. Then, we'll give you a technical document about our machinery to translate, just to see how accurate you are and if you get what it's about. The next part is an in-person meeting with the hiring manager and maybe some other folks. You might have to pretend we're in a meeting and you're interpreting on the spot. Lastly, there's a final chat with the higher-ups to talk about the job, what it's like working here, and what you want to do down the road.
- We'll have an initial phone call to discuss your experience, language skills, and interest.
- We need to assess your fluency in the required languages, focusing on technical terms for our industry.
- You'll be given a technical document about our machinery to translate to check your accuracy and understanding.
