So, the first step is a quick chat over the phone to go over your background, how good you are with languages, and if you're actually interested in this gig. After that, we'll test your language skills, making sure you're fluent, especially with all the techy words we use for our machines. Then, we'll give you a technical document about our machinery to translate, just to see how accurate you are and if you get what it's about. The next part is an in-person meeting with the hiring manager and maybe some other folks. You might have to pretend we're in a meeting and you're interpreting on the spot. Lastly, there's a final chat with the higher-ups to talk about the job, what it's like working here, and what you want to do down the road.

Confirmed questions5 questions
  • We'll have an initial phone call to discuss your experience, language skills, and interest.
  • We need to assess your fluency in the required languages, focusing on technical terms for our industry.
  • You'll be given a technical document about our machinery to translate to check your accuracy and understanding.
