Reinsurance Analyst
So after you apply, you'll get a link to do an assessment. If you pass that, then the first interview is like a get-to-know-you chat. The second interview is with an executive where they ask more technical stuff. If you do well on that, then there's a screening, and then you get the job offer.

The interview for this role was based on the job description and responsibilities. It consisted of a single interview round with both the hiring manager and a senior business analyst. Underwriter
So, it's an application then usually 1-2 interviews. They do a qualifications and background screening as part of the process. The interview itself is pretty quick, no more than an hour, with two managers and an HR person. Just a heads up, replies can be slow during this whole thing, so you gotta be patient with the pace.
