The interview wasn't too hard, but I was told I'd hear back within a week about the next steps. However, they never replied, and I was ghosted. Apparently, they have a reputation for ghosting people.

First I had an interview on Teams, then I had an in-person one with two people from the department, and finally a panel interview with the top 6 managers. It was a good experience overall, but I never heard back from them.

It's a two part process. You first interview with HR, they were nice and asked easy questions that didn't need much prep. There's also a math test, but it's super easy. Then, you interview with the manager. He acts like the job is a huge deal and you should be lucky to even be considered, but honestly, they're really needing people for the summer.
