The interview process was quite straightforward and informative. While it could have been more tailored to the specific role, it was still much better than other experiences I've had. It's a shame that the hospital management doesn't seem to prioritize patient care assistants, especially now that their contract with the city is ending, leaving them in a difficult situation. Despite these issues, I've enjoyed and continue to enjoy working for Santa Casa.

The interview starts with HR, and it can be in person or online. They look at your professional profile, past experience, schedule availability, motivation to work at the institution, and if you fit the Santa Casa values. For some jobs, there's a second interview with the area manager to discuss the job's activities, daily routine, and team expectations.

The interview focuses more on personal questions than technical ones. Try to put your nervousness aside and answer what they ask. I was there for about 4 hours because there were other people going through the process too. It's not difficult, you just need to know what to say. When they speak, don't show nervousness and everything will be fine.

I went to the interview, the place was easy to get to, well signed, organized. The interviewer was punctual and showed interest in getting to know me, they were calm, punctual, organized. We arrived at 9 and left at 10. We saw the whole place, with wide corridors.
