First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sansum Clinic.
Medical Scribe
The interview process was straightforward and not at all difficult. It was a painless, quick, and efficient experience. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and patient. The questions weren't difficult, and I got feedback very, very quickly. It was efficient and offered a good salary.
- What makes you want to be a scribe?
Human Resource Business Partner
The interview process was two parts. The initial phone screen and the follow up final interview over zoom. During the zoom interview, they were very open and honest about their difficulties in hiring for this role. Based on my interview, the reviews about staffing and lack of growth are very reflective of what it will be like working for that company. I asked about what kind of growth was available and was told that you can take on new job duties but there is no movement up with titles or job changes outside of added responsibility.
- What are your general interview questions related to the role and scope of human resources?
Talent Acquisition Partner
I had a first call with a recruiter from Sansum to discuss my background. The next week, I had a Zoom interview with the HR Director where they asked more questions about my experience and what they were looking for. While the interviews were nice, it's frustrating when companies don't send even a rejection email after candidates take time to interview. It's a bad candidate experience.
- What are your thoughts on recruiting for xyz roles?
Decision Support Analyst
So first there was a phone interview, then I had an in-person interview with the manager, director, and VP. They asked about my past experience, qualifications, technical skills, and some behavioral stuff. After that, HR asked for references and did a background check. Pretty standard, really.
- Can you share an instance where you had to deal with a difficult individual?
