The process has several phases, tests, interviews, dynamics, individual and group presentations, and sales simulations. There's an interview with a panel, followed by interviews with managers. It involves multiple stages. My process back then was quite lengthy, but it's a great company to work for.

I only did the first stage which was a video interview. The person was polite and courteous but when I answered her questions, it felt like she wasn't really interested in my answers, just typing them into her computer. I couldn't tell if the interview went well or not. It was also very brief. It felt more like a survey than a job interview. I had to follow up several times before being informed of the outcome, even though they said 15 days.

We start with a talent acquisition specialist to describe the position and check if you are a good fit for the role. Then, you'll meet with the hiring manager for a case study and presentation focusing on forecasting and dashboards. The next step is an interview with the Director, followed by an executive proposal discussion. The entire process is managed through an agency.

Behavioral Presentation

This is an interview I did. There are 3 recorded questions about situations that have already happened to you or how you would react. You have 2 minutes to record your answer. Don't worry, because before that they give you training to do everything properly, like a test video. It's very relaxed and there's no need to be nervous.

Confirmed questions2 questions
  • What would you do if something you planned didn't work out? Tell me about a time this happened to you.
  • Describe how you would react if something you planned didn't work out.
