I applied online. Then I had an interview with the chief manufacturing engineer and the VP of the department that lasted about an hour. They asked me about my skills, past responsibilities, and my previous salary. They also gave me a rundown of the company and what they're looking for. I'm waiting to hear about an offer.

Behavioral Other

Sanmina bought our facility from another company, and we had to interview for the jobs we already had. Two interviewers, one from HR and one from Legal, were present. They showed no interest in helping us get a better position, even though several were available. It felt like a formality and an excuse to get us to sign non-compete documentation. Essentially, not participating meant we'd be considered to have resigned. No negotiation happened.
