First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sanmina.
Supply Chain Analyst
It was 3 rounds of interviews. The first was technical, the second with the reporting manager (who is a level 2 manager), and the third was with HR. If you do well the first time, the next interviews will be easier. They will only ask about your resume, hobbies, interests, passion, and family background. Be confident. Also, make sure to negotiate your salary if you feel it's too low, as that's your chance to get good pay.
- What are your interests and passions?
- Can you share about your hobbies, interests, and passions from your resume?
- Tell me about your family background.
Purchasing Specialist
The HR and interviewer were nice. The interview was quick, and I was only asked about relevant work experience. No weird questions. The hiring process was fast. HR followed up well after the interview.
- Can you share some information about yourself and your previous work experience?
Supply Chain Planner
You'd likely have at least one chat with your direct manager. They'll cover the company culture, the specific team you'd join, and the projects you'd tackle. They'll also want to know if you're still keen on the job after hearing about the expectations and work environment.
- Regarding Sanmina-SCI's production at the Chai Chee plant, what do you consider its most crucial component?
