Okay so for round one, it was like an aptitude test, pretty easy questions. Then round two was a GD, we talked about current topics. Round three was a personal interview, they asked basic stuff about my resume, projects, and internships, and other related questions. It's supposed to be an easy interview, just speak with confidence.
- Can you introduce yourself?

The onsite interview was a bit of a mess. I was supposed to meet with 3 senior leaders, but only one actually showed up. This interviewer took off his mask right after bringing me into the conference room, saying he felt 6 feet was enough distance without one. This was in a massive manufacturing plant with hundreds of people, and he just seemed to trust a stranger interviewee a lot by not taking precautions during Covid. HR didn't follow up like they said they would, and they didn't let me know about schedule changes beforehand. Since then, another recruiter from the company has contacted me about the same position.
- Could you share your experience?
Management Trainee
After shortlisting resumes, candidates undergo an online assessment that tests their aptitude in math, English, and logical reasoning. Those who pass this assessment are then invited for a face-to-face interview, which begins with a Group Discussion. Candidates selected from the group discussion proceed to technical and HR interviews.
- What are the basics of SQL?
- Can you explain Python interfaces?
- Discuss advanced concepts in Python, starting from the basics.
