First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sanitas.
Director
I went through a selection process with Sanitas and was quite disappointed, both with the timing and the communication, but especially with the feedback (which didn't exist). After passing the CV screening and the initial phone call, a call with HR was scheduled. In that call, we agreed to move to the next phase, and we planned to coordinate the schedules of the department heads to advance in the process. After 12 days, there was no communication. After 15 days, I received an email thanking me for my participation and informing me I was not selected. What was agreed upon in the interview was not fulfilled, and no feedback on the process was provided. I thought a company of this size would handle recruitment differently; I was certainly mistaken.
- Could you share your past work experiences relevant to managing dental clinics?
Communication Manager
I had a first phone call with HR and after the call they scheduled me for the next interview. After the second interview, I didn't hear back from the company until 3 weeks later, when I received an automatic email informing me that I had been rejected from the selection process. The truth is I really missed having feedback from HR to know what I can improve in the future.
- Tell me about your professional experience.
- Discuss the projects you have managed.
- Are you comfortable communicating in English?
Postdoctoral Fellow
The interview process spanned approximately two months from application submission to receiving a final decision. It involved three distinct panel interviews, each featuring at least three interviewers. Human Resources representatives, a team leader, and a peer were among those conducting the interviews.
- How do you handle situations where you have competing priorities?
Data Scientist
They don't even know how their hiring process works. They give you an English test even if you have a C1 certificate. Then they schedule a call with HR to get to know you. After that, a 'technical' interview where they barely explain the job or responsibilities. But they demand a long technical test (4-6h) with questionnaires and problem-solving. After the technical test, even though they say there's only one interview left for a formal offer, they give you another technical test. Then, they send you back to an HR interview while still juggling other candidates. From the start, they kept rescheduling interviews up to 30 minutes before they were supposed to begin, canceling them for another day on 3 occasions. 200 endless interviews that were useless. Finally, I decided to withdraw from the selection process myself, they are very unprofessional.
- What are your salary expectations?
- Previous experience?
- What are your weaknesses when working?
