First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sanhua International.
Infrastructure Engineer
The interview process involved three rounds and took over a month. It was tough to get interviews because the hiring manager lived overseas, so I had to do interviews both in person and remotely, with the hiring manager conducting them at 9:00 PM CST due to the time difference.
- Were there regular questions asked, and did you observe what the interviewers were looking for?
- Do you understand what the other party is looking for in terms of their requirements?
Customer Service Representative
First, there was a phone call with HR. If that went well, then we had a face-to-face interview with the manager. Finally, there was a third interview with the head of HR.
- What makes you want this job?
- Can you describe your last role?
Technical Program Manager
The interview process so far has been alright, but the HR representative lacked professionalism and could benefit from additional training. The initial HR interviewer was unable to provide information about benefits such as 401(k) and insurance, suggesting that this information might be available in later interview rounds. Despite repeatedly asking if you had questions for them, they did not answer any.
- What makes you interested in this role?
- Could you describe your key strengths?
- What do you know about Sanhua International?
Help Desk Technician
It was a nice interview, a bit technical, but they cared more about personality than anything else. It wasn't hostile at all. There were 2 rounds, with the second round being more technical than the first.
- Do you know Ubiquity?
