It was a really nice interview process. The first interview was pretty basic and with someone who wasn't directly involved in the scientific side of the job. The second interview was with the lab manager and it was more focused on my lab experience and who I am as a person and what I want in a workplace.

The interview process was very drawn out. First, there was a talent acquisition call. Then, I had four separate one-hour interviews with the team, including the CEO. After that, I had to prepare a presentation. They promised to follow up within a week, but it took two weeks, then three. I sent a follow-up email and got a response from someone I'd never met saying HR had told me they weren't moving forward, which wasn't true. If you're going to make candidates do a lot of extra work, at least have the courtesy to send a formal rejection and feedback.

It was a pretty standard interview process. First, a screening call with talent acquisition, then a second interview with the hiring team. They were really good about setting up the interview, lots of quick communication, but after that, radio silence. Never heard back. No feedback, no offer, nothing. I was ghosted. Reading other reviews, I wasn't the only one. Makes you wonder how they treat employees if this is how they treat applicants.

First I got a call for a phone interview where they asked basic stuff about my schooling and work history. Then they set up a second virtual interview. The hiring managers asked me why I wanted the role and if I was a team player. One of the hiring managers seemed to be in a rush.
