The questions are pretty simple and straightforward, mostly based on everyday situations. The HR team is quite relaxed and gives you opportunities to answer even if your responses aren't perfectly fluent.

First, I sent in my application letter and resume to the HR office. Then, HR gave me a written exam. If I passed the initial interview, a final interview followed.
