Admissions Representative
So before the interview, I had to make a lot of follow-up calls about my application. Then I was interviewed by the direct supervisor and a regional supervisor, two separate times. The whole interview thing took about an hour and a half. Both interviewers asked specific questions about my work experience and about different situations to see where I stand on some issues and how I'd react in certain human behavior organizations.

There were 3 interviews in total. First was a phone call where we talked about pay and benefits. The second interview was in person, and I presented some handouts I use. The third interview was also in person, where we went over qualifications and I got a tour of the campus. I also met with the Temporary President to discuss my skills, knowledge, and ability.

It was a one-on-one with the Director of Campus/ Director of Medical Billing. They asked me a few questions related to my medical background, experience, and skills. The Director of Campus liked my personality and how dedicated I am to starting early. I got the job offer within 2 days and started the very next business day.

Professor
I got a call asking me to come in for an interview. A panel of three, who seemed really nice and friendly, interviewed me. After just that one interview, I was offered the position. Later, when I was working there, I sat on interview panels a few times, and it seemed like my experience was pretty typical.
