It was a multi-step interview process involving several people. The questions mostly focused on my past work experience and how I managed different situations. It felt pretty standard compared to other interviews I've had.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process involved a 3-stage approach. First, there was a brief phone call with the hiring director, primarily focused on getting to know me. The second interview was with the managing director of the office, who explained the responsibilities of the role. Finally, I met with a team of brokers for the third interview, where they asked several questions to assess my knowledge.

It was a really thorough process. Carrie spent all day finding the best candidates, and she's great! Chris's interviews are super detailed. He's looking for the absolute sharpest brokers out there, people who are just as driven to be the best as he is. That's what SIG is all about, and they're doing it better than any other brokerage I've seen.
