Behavioral Other

This was a 15-minute discussion about why I would need to leave my kids at home to go to work. I had to explain who would take care of them, where they would stay. I also heard comments like "18 months is too young for a baby to go to a daycare." These were some of the bizarre things said during an interview for this company. All questions were asked by a man to a woman looking to return to work after maternity leave. I decided not to continue with the process for this job.

I went through 4 interview rounds. First with HR, then with team members, after that with the head of department, and finally with the head of the office. The interviews were mainly focused on my previous experiences; there were no case studies or tests.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process involved discussing personal, professional experience, and management-related topics. The first stage was a phone call, followed by an in-person meeting with the manager for the second round. The final, third round was with the plant manager. The entire detailed process was quite thorough in evaluating a candidate's capabilities and potential.
