First spoke with HR for a screening call, where they asked basic questions about my work history. Then I had a panel interview with 5 people. I had individual meetings with each of them. They asked me situational questions and for examples from my previous experience.

Got an email from a recruiter to schedule an interview for the next few days. Had a phone interview with 2 people for about half an hour. The conversation was not pleasant and extremely dry. The interviewers were not even trying to engage in the call; I was left without concrete questions. They were also not polite (they arrived late, but did not apologize for that). I was not asked any questions about my resume or my experiences and I felt the panel did not review my application docs at all. Moreover, there were some connection problems from the interviewer site and on the number occasions I highlighted the issue, but they totally ignored that fact. I have a new phone and handset that was checked before the call, so I suspect the problem was on their end. I would describe that interview as the worst experience ever, combining the quality of the questions and the atmosphere during the call.
