The interview process spanned about two weeks. They initially seemed interested, informing me that I was moving forward after liking the small test I completed for them. However, this did not materialize as they rescheduled due to conflicts and then canceled my interview after I had already taken time off from my current job. Be cautious with their small tests, as they seem to incorporate those ideas into their work. I found this practice disrespectful. Additionally, I observed that the majority of the employees in the office are white, which aligns with other reviews regarding the company's culture.

It all started with a recruiter call. Then the manager and a senior developer were on the phone with me for about an hour. They threw a bunch of questions at me, from easy to hard, covering technical stuff and non-technical things, my past experience, my work environment, how I deal with teamwork, and what I've achieved. It was super in-depth. After that, I went in for an in-person interview. It was pretty straightforward, mostly about getting to know the team, how they work, and asking my own questions. It was a bit nerve-wracking walking in, but you could tell the team is really smart and they're looking for top talent.

I talked to the CFO on the phone first. Then I went to meet with the Creative Director and the owner. They showed me around the facilities. The owner seemed very detail-oriented and smart. The Creative Director was nice and sharp. The place looked modern and up-to-date. How I looked seemed pretty important. I sent thank you emails to everyone I met, but I haven't heard back.

I talked to one of the editors for about half an hour. Then, I met with the editor-in-chief, who then sent me to a third person for an interview. They said the next step would be to come in and do some testing, and that they seemed interested. I sent a thank you email afterward, but never got a response.
