I was contacted by an in-house recruiter on Linked-In and responded positively. The first interview was a phone call with an HR representative, initially scheduled for 30 minutes but it ran longer. This seemed to be to get a better grasp of my background and address any clarifications the hiring manager needed. The HR rep was friendly and informative, making me more enthusiastic about the role. Next, I had a phone interview with the hiring manager, which was more in-depth regarding my experience relevant to the job. It was supposed to be 30 minutes, but lasted 50 minutes. The hiring manager was also friendly and professional. Both initial interviews were positive experiences.

A consultant reached out to me. The process involved a telephonic interview with a Sr Manager, followed by an F2F with HR. There was a written test mandatory for everyone, including managers. The final round was with a Manager where we discussed my written test answers and some routine questions.
