Started with one telephonic for initial screening. Then had 4 rounds of 1:1 interviews with people from cross-functional teams. The interviews were generally easy. The recruiting manager was looking for specific skill sets. The final stage involved bargaining for the offer letter, where the recruiter followed up three times and pushed for signing. A good signing bonus was offered. Overall, the compensation package was fair.

I had 3 phone rounds and then 2 in-person rounds. This was the worst hiring process ever. I tried my best. After everything, they said they would give me an offer. I kept asking HR, and they kept saying 'soon'. After more than a month, I got annoyed and asked for a real update. Then HR said my skills didn't match. So weird, going from 'offer coming' to 'skills don't match' so fast. Super unprofessional. My advice: don't bother interviewing here.

The interview process began with a phone call that was very simple and included some basic resume questions. Following that, there was a three-hour technical interview where I met with four different groups of people. First, a senior engineer gave me a tour of the campus and provided some information about the company. Second, a group of four junior test development engineers asked about my academic background and projects. Third, three senior engineers conducted an in-depth interview focusing on assembly language coding. Finally, I met with the head of the test development team, who presented an algorithm problem requiring me to devise a solution for a given scenario.
