The interview was super chill, conversational, and totally awesome. The person interviewing me was really nice and seemed genuinely interested in why I wanted to intern at Sandia and what my interests are. You should be ready to discuss some things on your resume and also do a coding challenge.

I spoke with a recruiter who was nice, and then they set up an interview. It felt like they already had someone else in mind though. They talk about supporting inclusion and diversity, but the interviewers were really rude. It makes me wonder why I would even apply for other jobs there if this is how they treat women in tech. If you're not an intern, don't bother spending 45 minutes interviewing for their early career role.

I got referred by someone I knew there and applied. The entire day was filled with 1:1 and 2:1 interviews. The interviewers were really sharp and loved discussing their ongoing projects. They seemed more keen on understanding my potential to tackle a problem they were working on rather than specific coding syntax. They also really cared about my educational background.
