First, there was a phone interview. Then, an in-person interview happened. It was pretty simple and nice. Nothing unexpected came up. The phone interview was with one person, and the in-person one was with two people. They didn't explain the job that well, but the company's vibe was good.

I went in for the interview early in the morning and met with the director and the manager. The questions were straightforward and pertained to the position and the role I applied for. They explained what my role would be, and asked basic questions like if I was a team player and if I collaborate well.

Presentation

It was a pretty disorganized interview process. I talked to three people who didn't really have the authority to hire me. I had to come back three separate times. Everything they asked me seemed irrelevant to the actual job requirements. It felt like none of the questions had a real purpose.

It was an easy interview at the studio with the manager. We talked about my background and if I was interested in the job. The decision mainly came down to a retouching test and a short interview.
