Account Services
I applied online through their website. After about three weeks, I got an email for a phone interview. It started with a screening call with HR, then I had a few more phone interviews with people not in my local area, and finally, an in-person interview. They said they'd let me know either way, but like others have mentioned, they just ghosted me. I've sent a few emails but haven't heard back. It's a lot of work for candidates to prep, take time off, and travel, and the least a company can do is respond professionally if you're not moving forward. I think it says a lot about a company when they just stop communicating instead of giving you some closure.
- Can you share some of your leadership experience?
- Describe your past client work.
- What kind of work environment do you prefer?
Account Specialist
So I had a phone interview first. Then, I went in for an in-person interview where I met with three people from the same team. They said I'd hear back either way, and the interview seemed to go really well. I sent a handwritten thank you note to each person I met with. A week passed with no response, so I emailed the person who referred me. In the card, I just thanked them for the opportunity and said I looked forward to talking again. I didn't get an email back from them. Another week later, I sent a final email, still showing my interest and asking if they needed more info. Still no reply. I'm not upset about not getting the job, but it felt rude to be ignored when I was asking about the process or status. It's left me wondering if I messed up.
- Could you share an example of a situation where you had to manage a problem and explain your resolution process?
Visual Designer
I did a 2-month freelance gig here before getting hired, so it was pretty short. It was more of a 'work test' that ended with them hiring me directly from the recruiter who placed me. Usually, they do about 2 rounds where you meet with a bunch of people, no matter their level or job.
- What are your salary expectations and future career aspirations?
Producer
A recruiter reached out for a phone call. The phone interview went well and then I came in for two rounds of interviews. After the holidays passed, I tried to reconnect but heard nothing back. I received an offer elsewhere and was unable to notify the team I had interviewed with.
- How do you feel about pharmaceutical advertising?
