I applied online and heard back in about 2-3 days for an interview. When I got there, I waited and was then met by the recruiter. We went to an unused restaurant space where I filled out an application and took a short test. The test had customer service, English, and basic math questions. I wasn't expecting a test, but it was easy. Afterwards, the recruiter asked me some screening questions in her office. I also got to ask her some questions, and she told me when I could expect to hear back and what the next steps were.

It was a long process, taking about a month for three interviews, and I was hired after 3 months. The first interview was a group setting with standard questions, and I also had to give a presentation about the company and why I wanted the role. The second and third interviews were one-on-one, focusing more on job description specific questions and answers.

It was a very relaxed and informal interview. They asked questions about the Caribbean and made sure I knew some background information about the company, like how many hotels they have or some of the countries they operate in. It was very friendly and not intimidating at all.
