Got an email the day of the interview (about 12 hours notice) that it needed to be postponed. They said I would receive a new link to reschedule within the week. A week passed and I did not receive a new link to schedule, so I sent an email. I just received a reply stating the position has been filled. To top things off, when I received the email stating the position had been filled, the HR person put in my name completely wrong - it wasn't even close. I'm sure if I had not enquired, there would of been no follow-up.

It was a pretty average interview process for a sales associate and customer service role. They were very responsive and fast. I interviewed with the general manager and assistant manager. Overall, it was easy.

You don't know ahead of time it's a group interview. It became very apparent they have high turnover and are just trying to get people in asap. They would hire literally anyone.
