First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sanctuary.
Project Manager
The interview process was super clear and welcoming. The interviewers seemed genuinely interested. They were also really accommodating regarding disability, taking the time to repeat questions and showing a lot of patience. After the interview, the manager called within two days to give feedback, which was really thoughtful.
- Can you share your experience?
- What skills do you possess?
- What are your aptitudes?
Customer Service Advisor
Had a simple interview with 2 people, one asked questions while the other took notes. I was told it's a points-based system. I felt comfortable because the person asking most of the questions was really chatty and moved things along quickly, which I liked. Towards the end, we went to the actual floor to listen to calls. This was really helpful for someone new to a contact center to get a feel for the job. The role also needs standard background checks, credit checks, and so on.
- Can you give me three words that describe you?
- How do you keep yourself motivated when doing repetitive tasks?
- Can you share an example of a time you handled a high volume of calls?
Rotational Placement
It was a telephone interview that lasted about 15 to 20 minutes. We talked about the day-to-day activities of the role and what projects they can expect to participate in. I also provided details on what the graduate community and company culture is like, and anything which will make the applicants feel more engaged and connected to the company.
- What are your motivations for applying for this role and joining our company?
- Tell me about your competency-based qualifications for this role.
Finance Officer
The interview was with the Manager and her Assistant. It wasn't too difficult and included two tests, each with a 30-minute time limit. I never heard back after the tests, despite being told everyone would get an offer or no-offer email. After waiting two weeks, I emailed the interviewer, but still no response. This seems unprofessional and reflects poorly on the company.
- Could you describe your experience with competency-based questions?
