Administrator
Questions will be asked using the STAR method, so be ready to share real examples of situations you've faced and how you handled them. Make sure your examples are relevant to this specific job. At the end of the interview, you'll have a chance to ask questions, so try to have at least two prepared.
- Can you describe a time you had to manage multiple deadlines?
Customer Assistant
It was a simple and straightforward process. The interviewer was very clear and made me feel comfortable. I had a bit of trouble logging into Teams, but she was nice enough to send me the link again just before the interview started.
- Can you explain your understanding of confidentiality?
Care Assistant
Even though I expected some tension, the interview process was actually pretty nice. The management was polite, and the staff seemed generally okay. It wasn't anything to stress over, just take it easy.
- If a resident reported that a staff member was being abusive, would you believe them, and what steps would you take?
Care Assistant
The interview process was disorganized and rushed. While I did get the job, there were issues with not getting the case details and a lack of workers of color. They were nice, but it wasn't as welcoming as it seemed.
- Can you discuss your relevant experience?
- What actions would you take in response to specific situations?
