It was a very simple process. They didn't really try to integrate me into the environment. It seemed very easy to persuade them. There wasn't much focus on the environment or good detail management. They weren't looking for talent, just people who wanted to work for the sake of working.

They call you to a branch and ask for your documents, then they explain your duties and give you a test. From there, if you pass, they move you to another area; if you don't pass, you go home. If you do pass, they ask if you're interested and tell you when you start.
