First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Sanborn Head & Associates.
Project Professional
The interview process was less daunting than I expected. The first interview was a casual info session/discussion. Afterward, I met with the local Project Managers I would be working with via Teams.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
Engineer
I had to go through at least three interview rounds. It was kind of weird meeting virtually with people who'd be making decisions about my role, but who were based in offices far from where I'd actually work. I guess I thought they would have planned better for me to meet with more decision-makers.
- Tell me about your previous work experience.
- Assess your ability to sell.
Environmental Engineer
The interview was professional and straightforward. They covered technical aspects and personal fit, and explained the job well. The interviewers were smart and professional. The employees seem to really like their jobs.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
- What motivates your interest in this company?
Administrative Assistant
I had a video call with the team. It was a really easy process. I got an email with the time and link. They asked me to talk about myself and gave me a full rundown of what the job entails.
- How would your experience be an asset to them?
- What unique contributions could you make?
