Behavioral Other

The interview process had two parts, both pretty standard and aimed at seeing if I had the right background and skills for the job. Since the job needed someone who speaks both English and Spanish, part of the first interview was totally in Spanish, asking regular questions to check my Spanish speaking skills. The second interview went a bit deeper, giving me a better idea of what the job is like day-to-day and what's expected. All in all, it was a simple process to check my experience and if I could work in a bilingual setting.

The first round was online. The second was in person with a couple members of the team. I was offered the position the same day as the second interview. They did a good job of explaining the role and expectations of my duties.
